The horsepower uber-specialists from G-Power need no introduction. They recently finished the development of their power kit for the latest generation BMW M5 (F10). The result is 640 hp and 777 Nm of torque. G-Power's Bi-Tronik III power kit give the new M5 Bimmer 80 hp and 97 Nm of torque more than the factory version. To get the extra power out of the new M5, G-Power reprogrammed its ECU. Modified its ignition timing, its fuel/air ratio, and increased the boost level. G-Power's kit for the new M5 manages to keep all the car's protection and diagnostic functions.
The G-Power BMW M5 F10 is able to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.9 seconds and it's able to reach the 200 km/h mark in just 11.9 seconds.
G-Power's kit for the BMW M5 F10 also includes a set of 21-inch alloys, ceramic brakes (396 mm discs with 6-piston calipers), a coil-over suspension and a 4-tailpipe (100 mm) stainless steel sport rear muffler. The new exhaust features G-Power's DEEPTONE system, which is the tuner's patented "noise making" technology.
The G-Power's price for the new BMW M5 aftermarket program has not been disclosed yet.
