Classic Factory, a Swiss car manufacturer, revealed today the Lyonheart K, which is a modern day interpretation of the classic Jaguar E-Type. In order to keep true to its British roots, the Lyonheart K is completely developed and hand-built in England. The materials uses for building it (carbon fiber, leather, veneer, polished stainless steel, brushed aluminum and chromed metal) are also meant to keep the high-quality feel of the original E-Type.
The Lyonheart K measures 4749mm in length, 1893mm in width, 1289mm in height and has a 2752mm wheelbase. The power comes from a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 engine, which outputs 550PS / 405kW between 6,000 and 6,500rpm and 680Nm / 502lb-ft of torque between 2,500 and 5,500rpm.
With a 292g/km CO2 emissions level, the Lyonheart K complies with the EU5 emissions regulations.
In terms of performance, the Lyonheart K is limited to a top speed of 186mph (300 km/h) and it's able to get from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 3.9 seconds. In case you're wondering, the Lyonheart K is rated by its manufacturer with a 24.0mpg (11.9 litres/100km) fuel economy on the combined cycle.
Only 50 units of the Lyonheart K will be built, and each will be priced from EUR 495,000, without taxes.
