If you live in California and you own a modified vehicle you might get into serious trouble and also loose you car. The crushed modified 1995 Honda Civic in the video belonged to Clifford Sung.
Snug was arrested on October 15 after the police noticed the Civic's modified exhaust. Going for a more thorough check officer Brian Nystedt also noticed that the vehicle identification number had been chipped off the transmission, which is usually the sign of a stolen part.
Snug got away with a misdemeanor charge and probation for this one, but he did not stop here. On November 8 he got arrested for auto theft.
