New Opel Vauxhall Combo Announced

General Motors announced today that it will unveil a new Opel / Vauxhall Combo model at the 2011 Frankfurt auto show. Opel / Vauxhall did not release any details regarding the new Combo model, except the fact that it will be a versatile passenger car-van for work, family and leisure. The Combo will be available with a choice between six engines, including four diesel, one gasoline and one CNG (Compressed Natural Gas). The Opel / Vauxhall MPV will be available in two versions, with five seats and with a seven seat configuration. The new combo will be available with a short and with a long wheelbase, and with a glazed body or as a panel van.

Apart from the new Opel / Vauxhall Combo, GM also

announced that the world premiere of the new Astra GTC and of the Zafira Tourer will also take place at this year's IAA motor show in Frankfurt.

Opel and Vauxhall's line-up for the 2011 Frankfurt Auto show will be completed by seven new ecoFLEX premieres, including the Agila 1.0 (gasoline, 109 g/km CO2), Meriva 1.3 CDTI (109 g/km CO2), Astra 1.7 CDTI (99 g/km CO2), Insignia 1.4 Turbo (gasoline, 134 g/km CO2), Insignia 2.0 CDTI (115 g/km CO2), the Astra GTC ecoFLEX and the Zafira Tourer ecoFLEX.
