After extracting 800 hp out of Godzilla just on pump gas, the tuners from Switzer went to work for a racing fuel version. The Switzer R850 Nissan GT-R package, developed to work on race gas, takes the power figures of the car to 850 hp and 820 lb-ft of torque at the crank. On the dyno, the Switzer R850 Nissan GT-R managed to pull 740 all-wheel-horsepower and 715 lb-ft of torque.
The tuner says the Switzer R850 Nissan GT-R feels like a regular GT-R until the boost enter into action at around 3500 rpm.
The exact details of the Switzer R850 Nissan GT-R package have not been released, nor the price for the new kit.
Although the P800 kit has been developed to offer a decent amount of road usability, the Switzer R850 Nissan GT-R has been developed mainly for the track.
