BBC launched today the first Top Gear Season 17 trailer video which shows some of the action we'll see in the next series. The 17th season of top Gear will bring a review of the new McLaren MP4-12C, it will show James May in a rally car and all the car crashing action you can handle. The small clip released by the BBC also announced something very interesting. Jeremy Clarkson will drive around the Monaco Grand Prix circuit with a very special passenger - Formula 1's Bernie Ecclestone.
What we know from previous spy videos, is that the new series will also feature an electric car challenge, involving Captain Slow, Clarkson a Nissan Leaf and a Peugeot iOn.
The 17th series of Top Gear will begin on Sunday, 26 June, on BBC2 from 8 PM GMT. Watch the Top Gear Season 17 trailer lower down this page.
