This video shows the aftermath of a McLaren F1 which went up in flames on June 1, 2009. The event took place on Airport Boulevard in Santa Rosa, California, and the cause of the disaster is not known yet. We don't know if the McLaren F1 caught on fire because of a technical problem, or if the driver is to blame. What we do know is that a 2.5 million dollars masterpiece is damaged beyond repair. The owner of the McLaren F1 did not lose any money in this event. He actually made a profit as the car was ensured for 3 million dollars.
