At the launch of the revised version the German manufacturer also released the first 2009 Porsche Boxster facelift video. As with the new Cayman, the 2009 Porsche Boxster facelift comes with a choice between a 2.9-litres or a 3.4-litre engine, but with different power outputs. the 2009 Porsche Boxster facelift 2.9 develops 255 bhp (188 kW) which 10 hp more than the previous version, while the 3.4 model outputs 310 bhp (228 kW), up by 15 bhp. The 2009 Porsche Boxster facelift offers a choice between a six speed manual transmission or a PDK gearbox.
