Toyota released today a teaser image of a mystery sedan, which is going to be unveiled at the 2012 New York International Auto Show. This new sedan is probably the next generation of the Toyota Avalon (2013), which is due to be re-designed. So far, Toyota did not mention whether this is a concept or a production vehicle. Our guess is that the car we're going to see in New York is the 2013 Toyota Avalon's concept. Toyota's 2013 Avalon was designed entirely in the United States and it's going to have its world debut on April 5, 2012.
From the sketch Toyota released, we can speculate that the new Avalon (2013) will be a four-door coupe, with elegant lines and rather appealing overall styling.
Toyota could use a little bit more personality in their cars. We'll have more details about the concept from Toyota next week.
