Aston Martin Virage Shooting Brake Zagato

 »  »  »

The Aston Martin Virage had a very short life, however, the designers from Zagato decided to build a one-off Shooting Brake version of the car. Have you noticed that the more exclusive the car is the longer its name? For instance, this one is called Aston Martin Virage Shooting Brake Zagato. It was commissioned by a European client. Zagato took the inspiration for the Aston Martin Virage Shooting Brake from the V8 Vantage and Volante of the mid-80s. Zagato does not disclose a lot of details about their Virage Shooting Brake. Instead they chose to use the press release as a history lesson. The Zagato's Shooting Brake is based on the Aston Virage, we assume it is powered by a 6.0-liter V12 engine that develops 490 bhp and 570 Nm of torque.

With this engine, the standard Virage is able to get from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.6 seconds and it can reach a top speed of 186 mph (299 km/h).

We will have more details about the Aston Martin Virage Shooting Brake Zagato as soon as its developer makes them available.
