Callaway revealed recently their aftermarket program for the new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, which is called the SC610. The Callaway Corvette SC610 develops 610 hp and 752 Nm of torque. This is 160 hp and 142 Nm of torque more than the factory version of the Chevy Corvette Stingray. Even so, Callaway claims that their Corvette SC610 offers basically the same fuel economy and CO2 emissions as the standard vehicle. They managed to keep it this way by using active fuel management and modulated supercharger valving. The new supercharger of the Callaway Corvette SC610 comes with the same four-lobe, high helix rotor pack, but it features new housing and manifold to improve the airflow. There is also a newly developed intercooler.

Callaway's SC610 Corvette comes with a new carbon fiber hood and an integrated underhood air extractor.

The Callaway Corvette SC610's price has not been announced yet.
