The vinyl wrapping specialists from Cam Shaft revealed today a new customized Volkswagen Golf R. Cam Shaft's new VW Golf R is wrapped in an Electric Orange foil developed by BRUXSAFOL that comes with a unique and interesting design. Apart from the flashy exterior finish, Cam Shaft's Golf R is also fitted with a performance package develop by MTB from Essen. Thanks to the new power kit, the Golf R's 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine develops 325 hp and 430 Nm of torque. This is 55 hp and 80 Nm of torque more than the standard hot hatch. Unfortunately, Cam Shaft did not disclose the zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) acceleration time of their new Golf R, and neither it's top speed. To get the extra horsepower, they use a re-programmed ECU, Platinum spark plugs and a downpipe including a Sportkat.
The Cam Shaft Volkswagen Golf R comes with Tarox F2000 brake discs, sport brake pads, H&R springs O.Z. Ultraleggera alloys. Cam Shaft did not announce the price of their new mods for the Golf R.
