The German tuners from SchwabenFolia revealed today a new aftermarket program for the Volkswagen Golf R. the new kit works on improving the hot hatch's soundtrack, and we're talking about a sound system here. SchwabenFolia's VW Golf R comes with a special exhaust system called Atomic Warbird that's able to generate 130 dB. SchwabenFolia's new exhaust system for the Golf R includes a handmade 90-mm tube developed by F-Town Street Machines, and two Capristo exhaust valves that are controlled by the MFA XP in the speedometer. If 130 dB of exhaust sound will not get everybody's attention, we don't know what else will. The SchwabenFolia Volkswagen Golf R is also equipped with a power kit that increases the output of the 2.0-liter turbocharged engine from 270 hp to 330 hp.
SchwabenFolia's Golf R sits on 19-inch BBS alloys finished in Fire Red High Gloss, Dunlop tires and an H&R lowering kit. The Golf R is covered in a matt metallic foil. SchwabenFolia did not yet announce the price of their customization program for the VW Golf R.
