Vin Diesel officially announced today the launch date of the Fast and Furious 8 movie. The eight installment of the popular racing franchise is going to be launched in theaters on April 17th, 2017. Vin Diesel, who plays the role of Dominic Toretto, also announced that the action of the Fast and Furious 8 is going to take place in the Big Apple, New York. We guess New Yorkers are going to be very pleased knowing that some of their streets are going to be closed during the filming of the movie. Well, Vin Diesel did not actually say the action is going to take place in NY. But the he did published a photo that has the New York skyline in the background. Justin Lin will probably direct the Fast and Furious 8 movie. The cast will include Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as well as a new entry, Kurt Russell.
