Morgan LifeCar is a work-in-progress project of a hybrid fuel cell vehicle that combines environment-friendly features with driving pleasure thanks to its specifically-developed architecture. It will be unveiled by Morgan at Geneva 2008.

Rather than adapting a traditional car design as for many hybrid vehicles, Morgan is adopting an holistic design approach, in which the vehicle architecture is generated from the characteristics of the fuel cell hybrid powertrain.

Among the main features of the LifeCar will be the high hybridization level, the lightweight design and a 200 mile range.

The project is being developed by Morgan Motor Company in partnership with Oscar Automotive, Cranfield University, QinetiQ, Oxford University and Linde AG.

The LifeCar concept will be unveiled at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show.
