The Shelby Cobra is one of the most iconic cars ever created. To mark the 50th anniversary of the model, Shelby American created a special edition version of the 427. The Shelby American Cobra 427 50th Anniversary is going to be offered in two versions, with an aluminum body or a fiberglass one. The Cobra 427 50th Anniversary is going to be sold with either a chrome exterior finish, or with a Guardsman Blue one with Wimbledon White stripes. The aluminum body version of the anniversary Cobra 427 is going to be available with a chrome finish only. At the interior, the special Shelby Cobra comes with vinyl seats, and distinctive dials. As you can imagine, the car features countless "50th Anniversary" badges and logos. The car is also fitted with racing brakes and 15-inch light alloy wheels.
The Shelby American Cobra 427 50th Anniversary is going to be built in 50 units and it will debut at Barrett-Jackson on January 13, 2015.
