After years of speculation and a number of racing drivers who were said to be The Stig, the white knight of the wheel has been revealed. Top Gear made Stig take off his helmet during the first episode of the new season of the show. The Stig is none other than Formula One champion Michael Schumacher.
The previous black Stig was also confirmed to be Tyler Perry, who was "killed" in the show for revealing its identity.
We can't be sure that Michael Schumacher was always the white Stig, as it's said that Top Gear uses various drivers for this position. For the official revealing of the Stig however, we can't think of a better choice for a driver than the F1 champion.
