VW has recently released the first Volkswagen Golf24 video showing the new 24-hour race in action on the track. The Volkswagen Golf24 will compete in this year's Nurburgring 24 Hour race in June 2011. The Volkswagen Golf24 has been in testing for quite some time now, but VW only recently revealed it.
The power of the Volkswagen Golf24 comes from a 2.5-liter 5-cylinder turbocharged engine which sends 440 hp and 540 Nm of torque at all four wheels. That's right! Apart from having mountains of power, the Volkswagen Golf24 is also fitted with an AWD drive system. Now, wouldn't like such a machine for your weekend shopping?
