The Russian carmakers from Dartz announced today their latest model, which is called the Nagel Dakkar. Apparently, Dartz hopes the Nagel Dakkar will define a new range of vehicles, called B.N.U.D.S. At this point we're sure you're wondering what it stands for. Well, B.N.U.D.S. is an acronym for Bespoke Noble Urban Desert Manufactur Safety. Do you think it will catch on? Dartz develops the Nagel Dakkar in collaboration with the Germans from Saxon Automobile Manufactur. Because the new vehicle has to be fit for both urban and desert duty, it's going to be built on a tubular frame chassis made of titanium for extra safety. Dartz plans to sell their new vehicle under the Noble name.

Here are a few technical details regarding the Dartz Nagel Dakkar. It measures 4620 mm in length (4920mm the 4-door version), 2000 mm in height and has a 2910 mm wheelbase (3210 mm for the four-door). The vehicle weighs 1890 kg (1990 kg) and offers 250 mm of ground clearance. Apart from the titanium chassis, Dartz says they can also build it upon a Carbon Kevlar one for extra lightness.

To power the Nagel Dakkar, Darts will use a 5.5-liter V8 Biturbo engine from AMG, which is good for 650 hp and 850 Nm (626 lb. ft) of torque. The top speed is expected to reach 250 km/h. The engine will be mated to a 7-speed transmission with an AP Racing clutch.

Dartz Nagel Dakkar's price ranges between $390,000 and $468,000 (250,000 EUR - 300,000 EUR).
