Ducati revealed today the new Monster 821, which is a mid-size entry for the third generation of the iconic naked model. The Italian motorcycle manufacturer released today the full specifications of the Ducati Monster 821, as well as its price list. The Ducati Monster 821 is powered by a water-cooled 821cc Testastretta 11-degree engine that develops 112hp and 65.9 ft-lb of torque. With a weight of just 179.5kg – 395.7lb (dry weight), Ducati's Monster 821 promises to offer quite a spirited riding experience. Ducati equips the Monster 821 with high-performance brakes, a new seat with adjustable height, an 8-level traction control system, a 3-level adjustable ABS, and a 3-level Ride-by-Wire. The Monster 821 is equipped with press-button Riding Modes.
The Ducati Monster 821's price list starts at £8,795 MSRP for the dark stealth with black frame and black wheels version. The Ducati red with red frame and black wheels and the star white silk with red frame and matte red wheels versions of the Monster 821 are priced from £8,995 MSRP. The Ducati Monster 821 goes on sale from July 2014.
