New images of the Jaguar F-Type leaked over the web today, ahead of the convertibles debut, which is going to take place in Paris at the end of this week. Unfortunately, no additional details about the Jaguar F-Type are available at this moment. What we do know so far is that the new F-Type Jag is going to be available with a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 engine, which is good for 335 hp and 450 Nm of torque. For those of you who want a little bit more power out of your Jag, the F-Type V6 will also be available with 375 hp and 460 Nm of torque. If you want a lot more power, you're going to have to buy the 5.0-liter V8 version of the Jaguar F-Type, which is said to develop between 500 hp and 540 hp.
Jaguar's new F-Type is based on the C-X16 concept, which had its debut in Frankfurt last year. Even though the F-Type is now presented as a convertible, we have a strong feeling that Jaguar will soon offer it as a coupe too. We'll have all the details of the F-Type at the end of this week.
