The new Mazda CX3 had its world debut recently at the 2014 Los Angeles auto show. According to Mazda's official specs, the CX3 is going to be sold with a choice between two engines: SKYACTIV-D 1.5-liter clean diesel and a SKYACTIV-G 2.0-liter petrol engine. The two-liter powertrain is going to be available exclusively in the United States. The Mazda CX3's price list has not been announced yet, however, the Japanese carmaker does mention that it's going to put it on sale in the U.S. sometime next summer. So far, Mazda did not disclose a whole lot of details regarding the CX3. They do mention that the CX3 is going to be available with the new generation all-wheel-drive system and a SKYACTIV-Drive automatic transmission.
Its equipment list is going to include the Mazda's latest active, passive and in-car-infotainment technologies, including the Mazda Connect infotainment system and i-ACTIVSENSE advanced safety features.
