Volkswagen Golf GTI Street

At this year's GTI gathering at Worthersee four young VW apprentices have presented the specially modified Volkswagen Golf GTI Street. The Volkswagen Golf GTI Street is powered by the 2.0 liter TFSI engine that has been tuned to output 301 hp. Of course the suspension had to be changed so they fitted the Volkswagen Golf GTI Street with coilovers with hydraulic height adjustment.

The Volkswagen Golf GTI Street also comes with a new sports exhaust system with two oval tailpipes, upgraded R32 brakes, GTI branded brake discs and a 6-speed manual transmission.

Inside, the Volkswagen Golf GTI Street has all the goodies a respectable street tuner requires, including a Samsung 26 inch screen, a new sound system, an X-Box game console, sport seats and various leather accents.

The exterior design of the Volkswagen Golf GTI Street includes 65% darker windows, new front and rear spoilers and modified bonnet and roof.

The Volkswagen Golf GTI Street is the work of Stefan Becker, 22, Mehmet Cosgun, 20, Saskia Mueller, 20, and Michael Riefenberg, 19.
