VW launched in Asia the Volkswagen Golf GTI V50 that comes with new styling and more power. The Volkswagen Golf GTI V50 is powered by the same 2.0 liter engine, but it has received Stage 1 ECU upgrade which takes the power up to 250hp. This means the Volkswagen Golf GTI V50 can reach 100 km/h from a standing start in 5.6 seconds.
As far as the styling goes the Volkswagen Golf GTI V50 comes with 18-inch alloy wheels with 225/40 R18 Pirelli P Zero tires and various exterior black accents.
The Volkswagen Golf GTI V50 is equipped with the brake discs and callipers from the Golf GTI R32.
The Volkswagen Golf GTI V50 price has not been announced, but that's OK because it will only be sold in Singapore.
